安全管理精(jing)益(yi)化

海(hai)灣(wan)化(hua)(hua)學緊緊圍繞安全(quan)風險分(fen)級管(guan)控和隱患排查(cha)治理兩個體系,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)細(xi)化(hua)(hua)安全(quan)管(guan)理。近日(ri),企(qi)業實現了作業票證(zheng)電(dian)子化(hua)(hua),電(dian)子化(hua)(hua)的(de)票證(zheng)辦(ban)理更(geng)加注(zhu)重(zhong)細(xi)節,尤其注(zhu)重(zhong)本人簽字(zi)、完(wan)工(gong)驗收及時(shi)效性,對(dui)超時(shi)的(de)票證(zheng)及時(shi)聯系質監(jian)進(jin)(jin)行復測。企(qi)業細(xi)化(hua)(hua)施工(gong)安全(quan)管(guan)理。進(jin)(jin)廠(chang)(chang)的(de)施工(gong)人員(yuan)必須經過安全(quan)培訓,且安全(quan)考試和防疫考試才能進(jin)(jin)廠(chang)(chang),實現人證(zheng)合一(yi)、證(zheng)照相(xiang)符(fu)。在(zai)日(ri)常檢查(cha)中,讓(rang)個人違章無(wu)所遁(dun)形,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)提升了施工(gong)管(guan)理。

近期,企業組織對各裝置(zhi)工(gong)藝(yi)指(zhi)(zhi)標進行(xing)全面查(cha)定(ding)。報警值(zhi)是(shi)否設定(ding)、聯鎖是(shi)否投用(yong)(yong)都(dou)一一細(xi)查(cha),以(yi)確(que)保所有工(gong)藝(yi)指(zhi)(zhi)標都(dou)在最(zui)佳范圍內運(yun)(yun)行(xing)。目前,已完(wan)成(cheng)5000多(duo)個(ge)工(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)的查(cha)定(ding)。待查(cha)定(ding)結束(shu),企業將以(yi)此為依據(ju)(ju)建立新的工(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)臺賬(zhang),確(que)保裝置(zhi)長周期穩定(ding)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)。各裝置(zhi)開(kai)始利用(yong)(yong)大(da)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)輔助(zhu)生產(chan),氯(lv)堿(jian)廠每天通過細(xi)致的數(shu)據(ju)(ju)分析研判(pan)裝置(zhi)和設備運(yun)(yun)行(xing)狀態(tai);氯(lv)乙(yi)烯廠用(yong)(yong)來(lai)追根溯源、提升(sheng)(sheng)單(dan)體(ti)質量;聚(ju)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯廠用(yong)(yong)來(lai)調(diao)整(zheng)配(pei)方、提升(sheng)(sheng)聚(ju)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯產(chan)量和質量。以(yi)聚(ju)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯生產(chan)為例,控制過程及最(zui)終產(chan)品的各種數(shu)據(ju)(ju)細(xi)化到一釜一統計。

 

班組建設精益化(hua)

疫情期間(jian),氯堿廠電解工(gong)(gong)(gong)段開(kai)通(tong)(tong)網(wang)絡課堂(tang),帶領新員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)遠程(cheng)學(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)、畫流程(cheng)圖。電解工(gong)(gong)(gong)段創(chuang)新考(kao)核(he)形式,實(shi)行交(jiao)叉考(kao)核(he),由交(jiao)班(ban)班(ban)長為(wei)接班(ban)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)出(chu)題(ti),接班(ban)班(ban)長為(wei)交(jiao)班(ban)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)出(chu)題(ti),通(tong)(tong)過交(jiao)叉考(kao)核(he)補短板、掃(sao)盲區,全面提升工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)水平。氯乙烯(xi)廠氯乙烯(xi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)段則通(tong)(tong)過創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)細化培(pei)訓素材和(he)培(pei)訓形式,細化人(ren)員(yuan)安排,做細數據搜集,提升班(ban)組管理。企業(ye)還將建立工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi),讓精益求精、追求極(ji)致(zhi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精神在每個班(ban)組弘(hong)揚。

 

員工(gong)管理(li)精益(yi)化

2019年,企業(ye)(ye)調整中層干部74人次,提(ti)拔46人,重用(yong)8人,降職(zhi)2人,免職(zhi)2人,打破了(le)干部終身制,實現了(le)干部能(neng)上(shang)能(neng)下(xia)。企業(ye)(ye)去(qu)年出臺了(le)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)獎(jiang)懲條例(li),對(dui)相關(guan)獎(jiang)懲措施(shi)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)細化,對(dui)嘉獎(jiang)、記(ji)功(gong)、記(ji)大(da)功(gong)的(de)獎(jiang)勵及警告(gao)、記(ji)過、降職(zhi)、撤職(zhi)、解除勞動關(guan)系等處分的(de)情形作了(le)明確(que)規(gui)(gui)定。加上(shang)近期進(jin)一步細化的(de)聯合檢查(cha)處罰(fa)管(guan)理規(gui)(gui)定,全面提(ti)升(sheng)了(le)員工(gong)(gong)管(guan)理水(shui)平,有利(li)于實現員工(gong)(gong)能(neng)進(jin)能(neng)出。同時,為提(ti)升(sheng)廣大(da)干部職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)獲得(de)感和幸(xing)福(fu)感,企業(ye)(ye)今年全面啟(qi)動職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)創業(ye)(ye)幸(xing)福(fu)計(ji)劃,讓企業(ye)(ye)各項福(fu)利(li)措施(shi)更精益化。
