安全(quan)管(guan)理精益化
海灣化(hua)(hua)學緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞(rao)安(an)全(quan)風(feng)險(xian)分(fen)級管控和隱患排查治(zhi)理兩個體系,進一步細(xi)化(hua)(hua)安(an)全(quan)管理。近日(ri),企(qi)業實現了作業票(piao)證電子化(hua)(hua),電子化(hua)(hua)的票(piao)證辦理更(geng)加注重細(xi)節,尤其(qi)注重本人簽字、完工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)收及(ji)時(shi)效性,對超時(shi)的票(piao)證及(ji)時(shi)聯系質監進行復測。企(qi)業細(xi)化(hua)(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)管理。進廠的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)人員必須經(jing)過安(an)全(quan)培訓,且安(an)全(quan)考試和防疫考試才能進廠,實現人證合一、證照相符。在日(ri)常(chang)檢查中,讓個人違章無(wu)所遁形,進一步提升了施(shi)工(gong)(gong)管理。
工藝管理精益化(hua)
近(jin)期(qi),企(qi)(qi)業組織對各裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)指標(biao)(biao)進行全面查(cha)定(ding)(ding)。報警值是否設(she)定(ding)(ding)、聯鎖是否投(tou)用(yong)都(dou)一一細查(cha),以(yi)確保(bao)所有工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)指標(biao)(biao)都(dou)在最(zui)佳(jia)范圍內運(yun)(yun)(yun)行。目(mu)前,已完成5000多個工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)(shu)的(de)查(cha)定(ding)(ding)。待查(cha)定(ding)(ding)結(jie)束(shu),企(qi)(qi)業將以(yi)此(ci)為(wei)依據建立新的(de)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)(shu)臺賬,確保(bao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)長周(zhou)期(qi)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行。各裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)開始利(li)用(yong)大數(shu)(shu)據輔助生產(chan),氯堿廠(chang)每(mei)天通過細致的(de)數(shu)(shu)據分析(xi)研判(pan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)和設(she)備(bei)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行狀態(tai);氯乙(yi)烯(xi)廠(chang)用(yong)來追根溯源、提升單(dan)體質量(liang);聚氯乙(yi)烯(xi)廠(chang)用(yong)來調整配方、提升聚氯乙(yi)烯(xi)產(chan)量(liang)和質量(liang)。以(yi)聚氯乙(yi)烯(xi)生產(chan)為(wei)例,控(kong)制過程及最(zui)終產(chan)品的(de)各種數(shu)(shu)據細化到一釜一統(tong)計。
班組(zu)建設精益(yi)化
疫情(qing)期(qi)間,氯堿廠(chang)電解工(gong)(gong)段開通(tong)網絡課堂,帶領新員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)遠(yuan)程(cheng)學工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、畫流(liu)程(cheng)圖(tu)。電解工(gong)(gong)段創(chuang)新考(kao)核形式(shi),實(shi)行(xing)交(jiao)叉(cha)考(kao)核,由交(jiao)班(ban)班(ban)長為接(jie)班(ban)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)出題(ti),接(jie)班(ban)班(ban)長為交(jiao)班(ban)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)出題(ti),通(tong)過(guo)交(jiao)叉(cha)考(kao)核補短板、掃盲(mang)區,全面提升工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)水平。氯乙烯廠(chang)氯乙烯工(gong)(gong)段則(ze)通(tong)過(guo)創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)細化(hua)培訓素材和培訓形式(shi),細化(hua)人員(yuan)安排,做(zuo)細數據搜集(ji),提升班(ban)組(zu)管理(li)。企業(ye)還將建立工(gong)(gong)匠創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi),讓精(jing)益求精(jing)、追求極致的工(gong)(gong)匠精(jing)神在(zai)每個班(ban)組(zu)弘揚。
員工管(guan)理精益化
2019年,企業(ye)調整中(zhong)層(ceng)干部(bu)(bu)74人(ren)次(ci),提拔46人(ren),重用8人(ren),降(jiang)職2人(ren),免職2人(ren),打破了干部(bu)(bu)終身制,實現了干部(bu)(bu)能上(shang)能下。企業(ye)去年出臺了職工(gong)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)懲(cheng)條例,對相(xiang)關獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)懲(cheng)措(cuo)施(shi)進行了細化(hua)(hua),對嘉獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、記功、記大(da)(da)功的獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)勵及警告、記過、降(jiang)職、撤職、解除勞動關系等處分的情(qing)形作了明(ming)確規定(ding)(ding)。加上(shang)近期進一步細化(hua)(hua)的聯合檢(jian)查處罰(fa)管(guan)理規定(ding)(ding),全面(mian)提升了員工(gong)管(guan)理水平,有(you)利于實現員工(gong)能進能出。同時,為提升廣大(da)(da)干部(bu)(bu)職工(gong)的獲(huo)得感和幸福(fu)感,企業(ye)今年全面(mian)啟動職工(gong)創業(ye)幸福(fu)計(ji)劃,讓企業(ye)各(ge)項福(fu)利措(cuo)施(shi)更精(jing)益化(hua)(hua)。
