【精(jing)(jing)益管理】海灣化學:念好(hao)“精(jing)(jing)”字訣 下足“細”功(gong)夫

安全(quan)管理精(jing)益化

海灣化(hua)學緊(jin)緊(jin)圍(wei)繞安全(quan)風險分級管(guan)控(kong)和(he)隱患排查治理(li)(li)兩個(ge)(ge)體(ti)系(xi),進(jin)一步細(xi)化(hua)安全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)。近(jin)日,企(qi)業(ye)實現了作業(ye)票證電(dian)子化(hua),電(dian)子化(hua)的(de)票證辦理(li)(li)更加(jia)注(zhu)重(zhong)細(xi)節(jie),尤其(qi)注(zhu)重(zhong)本人(ren)簽字、完工驗收(shou)及(ji)(ji)時效性,對超時的(de)票證及(ji)(ji)時聯系(xi)質監進(jin)行復測。企(qi)業(ye)細(xi)化(hua)施工安全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)。進(jin)廠的(de)施工人(ren)員必(bi)須經(jing)過安全(quan)培(pei)訓,且安全(quan)考(kao)試和(he)防疫考(kao)試才能進(jin)廠,實現人(ren)證合一、證照(zhao)相符。在(zai)日常檢(jian)查中,讓個(ge)(ge)人(ren)違章無(wu)所遁形,進(jin)一步提(ti)升了施工管(guan)理(li)(li)。

 

藝(yi)管理(li)精(jing)益化

近(jin)期,企業(ye)組織對各裝置(zhi)工(gong)藝(yi)指標進行(xing)全面查定。報(bao)警值是否設(she)定、聯(lian)鎖是否投用(yong)(yong)都一(yi)一(yi)細(xi)(xi)查,以確保(bao)所有工(gong)藝(yi)指標都在最(zui)佳范圍內運(yun)行(xing)。目前(qian),已完(wan)成(cheng)5000多個工(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)(shu)的查定。待查定結束,企業(ye)將(jiang)以此為依據建立(li)新的工(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)(shu)臺(tai)賬,確保(bao)裝置(zhi)長周期穩定運(yun)行(xing)。各裝置(zhi)開始利用(yong)(yong)大數(shu)(shu)據輔助生產(chan),氯堿廠(chang)每天通過細(xi)(xi)致的數(shu)(shu)據分析研判裝置(zhi)和設(she)備運(yun)行(xing)狀態(tai);氯乙(yi)烯(xi)廠(chang)用(yong)(yong)來(lai)追根溯(su)源(yuan)、提升單體質量(liang);聚氯乙(yi)烯(xi)廠(chang)用(yong)(yong)來(lai)調整配方(fang)、提升聚氯乙(yi)烯(xi)產(chan)量(liang)和質量(liang)。以聚氯乙(yi)烯(xi)生產(chan)為例,控制過程及最(zui)終產(chan)品的各種數(shu)(shu)據細(xi)(xi)化到一(yi)釜(fu)一(yi)統(tong)計。

 

班組建設精益化

疫情期間,氯堿廠電解工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)段開通網絡課(ke)堂(tang),帶領新員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)遠程(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝、畫流程(cheng)(cheng)圖。電解工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)段創(chuang)新考核形(xing)式(shi),實行交(jiao)叉考核,由交(jiao)班(ban)班(ban)長(chang)為(wei)接(jie)班(ban)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)出題,接(jie)班(ban)班(ban)長(chang)為(wei)交(jiao)班(ban)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)出題,通過交(jiao)叉考核補短板、掃盲區,全面(mian)提升(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝水(shui)平。氯乙烯廠氯乙烯工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)段則通過創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)細(xi)(xi)化培訓(xun)素材和培訓(xun)形(xing)式(shi),細(xi)(xi)化人員安排,做細(xi)(xi)數據搜集,提升(sheng)班(ban)組管理。企業還將建(jian)立工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi),讓精(jing)(jing)益求精(jing)(jing)、追求極致的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠精(jing)(jing)神在每個(ge)班(ban)組弘(hong)揚。

 

員工管理精(jing)益化(hua)

2019年,企(qi)業(ye)調整(zheng)中層(ceng)干部74人(ren)(ren)(ren)次,提拔46人(ren)(ren)(ren),重(zhong)用(yong)8人(ren)(ren)(ren),降職(zhi)2人(ren)(ren)(ren),免職(zhi)2人(ren)(ren)(ren),打破了干部終(zhong)身(shen)制,實現了干部能上能下。企(qi)業(ye)去年出臺(tai)了職(zhi)工(gong)獎(jiang)(jiang)懲條例,對相關獎(jiang)(jiang)懲措施(shi)進(jin)(jin)行了細化,對嘉獎(jiang)(jiang)、記功、記大功的獎(jiang)(jiang)勵及警告、記過、降職(zhi)、撤職(zhi)、解除勞動關系等處(chu)分的情形作了明確規定。加(jia)上近期(qi)進(jin)(jin)一步細化的聯合(he)檢查處(chu)罰管(guan)(guan)理規定,全面(mian)提升(sheng)了員(yuan)工(gong)管(guan)(guan)理水平,有利于實現員(yuan)工(gong)能進(jin)(jin)能出。同時,為提升(sheng)廣大干部職(zhi)工(gong)的獲得(de)感(gan)和幸(xing)福(fu)感(gan),企(qi)業(ye)今年全面(mian)啟(qi)動職(zhi)工(gong)創業(ye)幸(xing)福(fu)計劃,讓企(qi)業(ye)各項福(fu)利措施(shi)更精益(yi)化。
